*NOTE: If you were born in 2002, you are required to have been on a Junior C roster as of December 1st, 2022 and require a Permission to Skate Form from your current team.
All players require a PERMISSION TO SKATE FORM from their most recent Minor Hockey Association. Permission to skate cannot be granted by the Goderich Flyers without submission of this form during registration on the day of the skate. Contact your Minor Hockey Association for more information on the Permission to Skate Form.
